2000 attendees celebrating company culture in an immersive, multi-sensory experience.
In collaboration with CGI, we delivered comprehensive, end-to-end event management that encompassed every detail: from creative concept development and theming to graphic design, 3D branding, video production, venue sourcing, and travel coordination.
Our event concept, Fulfill Your Dreams, was designed to inspire and engage attendees on a deeply personal level. Months before the event, we invited participants to share their ambitions and dreams. From these submissions, we selected 7 standout aspirations—such as playing golf with a pro and learning to sail—and brought them to life through bespoke video content showcased during the event. These personalized stories created a powerful connection, making the experience truly immersive and unforgettable.

Sense International – Gala dinner

HRH The Princess Royal, celebrating 30 years of Sense International.
We collaborated closely with Sense International, who relied on our expertise as the event partner to provide a full-service event solution including event concept, theming, branding, venue sourcing, and onsite management.
The event was distinguished by the attendance of British royalty and 200 HNW individuals. Tailored for the attendees, we ensured a respectful and impactful tone with meaningful messaging, carefully crafting the evening to be inclusive and emotionally engaging. We included powerful personal stories shared through case studies, multi-sensory emotions through video, and a moving performance by a choir that started in total darkness, to offer insight into a life with blindness.

In partnership with Henkel, we designed a multi-day brand experience to bring their 'For Every You' concept to life for 240 Nordic retailers, distributors, and partners.
We worked closely with Henkel's marketing team to translate their brand into a live event that balanced impactful business content with high-energy entertainment. Our collaboration involved end-to-end event management, from the core event concept and theming to creative production and program design, ensuring every moment provided show-stopping experiences. This approach solidified Henkel's position as an innovative and forward- looking partner, leaving attendees feeling valued, energized, and deeply connected to the brand's future.

Paris Olympics & Paralympics

€11m travel solution, with seamless logistics across 54 countries.
To transport over 5000 attendees to Paris from 54 countries, we formed a unique cross-functional in-house team across various European countries, with members working on bookings, ticket issuance, telephony and confirmations.
We secured a mixture of Group Blocks and individual Air and rail across multiple suppliers, to ensure all tickets were delivered on time, and within budget. We also provided CIBT Visa management, a dedicated 24/7 service set up, and onsite support in Paris for over the month.

Vitec – Anniversary conference

Working in partnership with Vitec, we developed a global event experience to unite colleagues from across the world, celebrating Vitec’s innovation, growth, and success.
Our goal was to reinforce the Vitec brand both internally and externally. We worked closely with their team as a strategic advisor, collaboratively building the event concept and content to honor the company’s history and share its future vision. The collaboration included end-to-end event management, from creative production to venue sourcing, ensuring a seamless experience for a diverse international audience. Our approach created a compelling sense of community, leaving attendees feeling connected, valued, and aligned with the company's vision.

614 winners in eight back-to-back groups, engaged in a unique incentive experience in Imbassaí and Salvador de Bahia, Brazil. After winning the contract in a competitive nine-agency pitch, our team was entrusted to provide a full-service solution – including the creative proposal, destination proposal, accommodation, activities, experiences, dinners, and transfers. Leveraging our global proficiency and local insights for the automotive client, the selection of destination and venues distinguished the event from previous years, offering an unparalleled degree of exclusivity. Paired with creative ingenuity and flawless logistical execution, this culminated in an unforgettable experience for both the leaders and winners alike.

Wella’s Illuminight event included 5 shows with 30 models, 11 trainers and 350 exclusive guests. Taking an advisory approach, and working alongside our trusted network of suppliers, we supported Wella with a comprehensive and versatile event management solution that included venue sourcing, event design, stage design, event flow, and onsite management. We installed cameras from multiple angles to create a dynamic live feed, including a 360° camera. The footage generated exceptional impressions from 183 shared pieces of content.

We set out to captivate attendees at every touch point through immersive concepts. Our team provided a full event production, planning and management solution that included venue sourcing, event production, onsite signage, supplier bookings, and management of onsite suppliers for AV, pyrotechnics, F&B, branding, and entertainment.

Our team provided a full end-to-end service including creative concept, interior design, graphic design, event production (build up and tear down), event coordination, communication campaign, event management and logistics. We designed the event with inspiration from nature, which led to us designing the main stage in the shape of a tree, creating a front-row-experience for every attendee.

115 supplier organizations, 413 suppliers and 537 members of our global team attended from 28 countries, for 3163 scheduled meetings in Seattle. The overarching goal for our 2023 event was to celebrate our collective successes, whilst connecting with our suppliers and partners. Our internal teams planned, managed and executed the entire end-to-end experience, with support from our trusted supplier network.
